Gulls Wong Sailing Club is a residential group of sims dedicated to waterfront living, sailing and motoring small boats, and maritime activities. It is home to the Midnight Passions Radio Dance Club,Toby's Juke Joint, and Smooth Jazz Dance Club along with stores and fun venues.
